  1. Legal Status of JunkApp

JunkApp operates as a technology platform facilitating introductions between customers and independent waste removal contractors. JunkApp does not itself provide waste removal services unless expressly stated.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the JunkApp website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Bookings and Contract Formation

A booking request constitutes an offer by the Customer. Acceptance occurs when a service provider confirms the booking. JunkApp is not a party to the waste removal contract.

  1. Customer Warranties

You warrant that you have authority to dispose of the waste, that descriptions provided are accurate, and that no hazardous materials are included unless declared.

  1. Pricing and Variations

All prices displayed on the JunkApp platform are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless expressly stated otherwise. Where VAT is chargeable, it is included within the stated price. Prices may vary if volume, access conditions, or waste type differs from information provided. Additional reasonable charges may apply where the scope of work increases.

  1. Payments and Chargebacks

You authorize JunkApp to collect payment on behalf of the service provider. Improper chargebacks may result in recovery of associated costs.

  1. Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service shall incur a call-out fee of £96.

  1. Hazardous Materials

Undeclared hazardous materials may result in immediate cessation of service and full charge liability.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, JunkApp’s total liability shall not exceed the commission earned in relation to the relevant booking.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify JunkApp against claims, fines, penalties or losses arising from misrepresentation, unlawful waste, or breach of these Terms.

  1. Force Majeure

JunkApp shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
